It's been years since my original setup, but I remember having this same problem during the original configuration, namely: How do I configure the default ticket layout? I haven't been able to find the online documentation that I used previously.
This is not about configuring the custom fields or adding customization (with alter custom fields). I can't remember how to open/edit the default layout prior to customization. I need to add a text notice to all tickets prior to applying my other customizations by ticket type.
Hello, Besides the "alter custom fields" option, customizing the ticket layout is unfortunately not possible at this moment. It is on our wish list though, maybe this is something we can do in a future release.
