Is it possible to export a saved HelpDesk Ticket Filter that can be shared with other Agents? This would allow me create filters so all Agents could have consistent views.
It's currently not possible unfortunately to create filters for all users or to export/import them. This functionality has been requested before and is already on our customer wishlist. We've added all your feedback to this item on our wishlist and moved this forum topic to the wishlist section. We don't have an estimated release date yet for this functionality at this moment though.
