Hi,

This is more of a few features request then issues.

1. please add the ability to print the KB's 

2. please add the ability to scroll in the left KB's category list 

3. please add the ability to implant a video.

4. please add an option to attach a KB to an asset.

Finale note.   the KB feature is verry useful for and can be even more beneficial if you add those features.

All those are good suggestions, @eranavni @DonMario73! 

The best way to raise the product improvement request is to open a ticket with our support team, they will ask for some more needed information and forward it to our product team.

I will add that the help desk module needs to get updated with the feature requests that have been asked since a long time ago.
