Presently, unless you manually click on the subscribed tab, you do not know if there are any other agents subscribed to the ticket other than the primary agent. It would be nice to freely see this info. My suggestion is to move the Agents Subscribed Info in Helpdesk Tickets from the Subscribed Tab to Left Panel for easier viewing.
