We are currently rolling out Skype for Business to our users. Lansweeper has userpages that contain the phone number but behind that link the "callto:" protocol is used. This only works for Skype consumer. Skype for Business uses the "tel:" protocol.
Is there any way we can change "callto:" to "tel:"? I searched the forum and the last question regarding this issue dates back to 2016.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to change this at the moment. We do however already have a feature request to make this configurable or to be able to select a preference. I've linked your topic to the feature request to ad weight to it. Unfortunately, I can;t provide you with an estimated release date.
