SMTP authentication

How can we specify the credentials for SMTP reporting?
I do have a Edit Box to fill in the from address, but not for user/password.
Problem is that my SMTP server is requiring authentication.

Server name or IP address does not make any difference as it requires authentication (username & password).

Sorry, the snmp/smtp was a typo.
SMTP authentication is not implemented, I'll add it to the wishlist.

Meanwhile, is it possible to authenticate based on sender IPaddress?

I'm talking about the SMTP, not SNMP.
It is located in LSMANAGE > Scanning Setup > Scanning Servers > Options > Email Options

If it is not possible in this version to authenticate for SMTP, is it possible to implement this is a new version? Currently I cannot use the report option !

snmp authentication is not implemented.
Can your snmp server authenticate based on the IP address of the server?
