When you attempt to integrate Lansweeper with apps like Freshservice and Jira Service Management, you might receive the error message:
Failed to load site data, please ensure that you have entered a valid 'Lansweeper Identity Code' or make sure Lansweeper Identity Code' is not expired.
What could be happening?
The error means that when you're creating an app (in Settings > Developer tools > All applications > Add new application), you need to select Personal Application instead of Cloud Application.
