Your CPU and Memory are what seem to be extremely high. Or, you might have multiple TCP port connections when contacting the SQL server and cannot complete port connections because all ports are in use. Or, you can see that your scanning server stays stuck in the Windows computer scanning.
What went wrong?
From version 9.3 and higher, an error prevents driver information for new scanning items from being saved for the affected computers.
How to solve it?
As a workaround, you can do the following to remove that scan from being performed under the scanned item interval section.
- Go to Scanning\Scanned item interval
- Disable the PNPSIGNEDDRIVERS item
- Clear the scanning queue at Scanning\Scanning queue
- Restart the Lansweeper Server service
Is this a fix?
No. However, we are currently investigating the issue. Once the issue is solved a solution will be referenced as LAN-12860 on our changelog.
Note: |
Multiple customers have mentioned that the following drivers might also be related to the issue.
