At Lansweeper, we are constantly working on improving the product and security. 

In version 9.3, we have improved security for syncing data between Cloud and your on-prem installation. Security is key and to make sure, you as a customer, will remain secure, we've updated the minimum required version for Cloud to Lansweeper version 9.3

From July 1st, 2022 any installation running a Lansweeper version lower than 9.3 will stop syncing with Cloud, meaning communication from Cloud to your on-prem installation will no longer be possible.

If you are using our Cloud product and your on-prem components are still running a Lansweeper version lower than 9.3, we recommend updating your Lansweeper installation to the latest version to start syncing again and take advantage of the latest security improvements.
