You've set up everything to run automated warranty checks with Lansweeper. Unfortunately, you don't see any warranty information for your HPE or HP Inc. devices. 

What happened?

HP Enterprise and HP Inc. warranty scanning are currently down due to changes HP made to its data back-end. 

We've contacted HP, and they are working on a process to provide bulk warranty data through a publicly available API.

Once this API is available, Lansweeper will restore HP warranty scanning functionality. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we wait for this issue to be resolved.

It been a year to resolve the API what is happening?

This is one of the most important data for us to manage the lifespan and exchange rate of our assets and calculate EOL and budgeting, and also one of the main reasons we started to use Lansweeper.

Hello there!

The HP Warranty API is a RESTful programmatic interface that provides warranty information about HP devices. It is designed for HP's enterprise customers to check the warranty status of their fleet of HP devices. However, the HP Warranty API is currently not available for IT service companies and third-party ISVs that need to check warranty information for their customers' devices. As a result, at this time, Lansweeper is unable to retrieve HP warranty information.

That is correct. The HP Warranty API is not available for IT service companies and third-party ISVs that need to check warranty information for their customers' devices.

In your original post, you mentioned that LanSweeper was working with HP to change this and restore this functionality.  Any word on a possible resolution?

At this time, HP has decided that the HP Warranty API will not be made available for IT service companies and third-party ISVs that need to check warranty information for their customers' devices. As such, Lansweeper cannot scan HP warranty.
