Average time to close helpdesk tickets

We would like to find or get a report which shows from the time the ticket was opened till it was closed, what is the average (work time) to close by type of ticket.

Any reports like this?

Take a look at the built-in helpdesk reports. You can find them easily in the web console by searching for helpdesk in the reports tab.
