Hi, I am sure this has been answered before but I cant find it.

I need a report that shows and counts all helpdesk tickets regardless of status that have been raised against a user?

Example:

John Smith: Total of XX tickets raised

LIST OF ALL TICKETS JOHN HAS RAISED OR HAVE BEEN RAISED ON JOHN

In Lansweeper when you search for a user it already have this information as part of their profile showing how many tickets they have raised, when they were created, the ID, the subject , Type and state.

Any help much appreciated.
