For some reason this report in the cloud interface is showing each server roughly 30 times. There's not apparent difference between the rows for each server. If I click on one of the lines it shows the server in question with no Anti-Virus software listed as installed.
On-Premise Lansweeper is correctly reporting the AV client that's running.
Is there something wrong on my side or is it a bug with the cloud report?

I am seeing the same Lansweeper cloud report many servers without AV but we have FortiClient installed and running on those machines

There are indeed differences in the AV reporting on on-prem versus the AV reporting on the cloud platform, but it is hard to say that this is causing the issue that you are seeing currently.
