email report

hi, how does the email reports work? because i created an schedule for the lan sweeper to send an email report but i did not receieve any email report when it reaches the time scheduled or even after the schedule, but if i press the button "mail all selected reports now" that's the only time i will able to receive an email report. please advise

hi, mail report is working now. may be there is only problem with the services, it works after i restart the server

Is the service running on the same server as the database?

hi, i have check the error logs but there is no error about email. all errors are regarding to wmi error of the PCs

Thanks, could you verify the "lastmailed" field in table tsysasservers.
Is the time on the sql server the same as on your machine?
