Error Message "The server is not operational"

Hello,

I manage three distinct domains with lansweeper 3.5.1. I can scan two of them (trusted), but I can not scan the third (which has no trust with the domain where Lansweeper is installed).

When I try to validate the user, Lansweeper says that it could not contact the server and tells me in the Errorlog file the following error message for both domain controller "The server is not operational".

The server on which is installed Lansweeper can contact the Domain Controller (i.e. a ping with the DNS or Netbios names works perfectly).

Is there a solution to solve this problem?

When typing in the password there is a checkbox "don't try to validate", this is to be used for situations like this.
