Ever since we started using Sophos AV. Lansweeper "Remote Control" is running extremely slow. After I connect to a PC. I have to wait almost a minute before the screen refrshes to let me navigate the desktop. Are there any exclusions that I could add to Sophos to prevent this lag? It's almost unusable.
I'm up for any suggestions. Thanks.
