pci device attached on PC

hi, i have a PC with pci card device attached on it but lansweeeper hardware tab it cannot detect the device installed even the device driver is installed on the machine. we can only see the device on the comnputer management of the PC. please see picture of the device management and the actual device attached on the PC

Could you try if the following produces any output from the command line:

wmic path Win32_1394ControllerDevice

nope, i do not have other scanning software.

Are you able to view this with other scanning software?

yes, i have checked all under hardware confiuration. i even try to check the properties of the device under computer managment to check the hardware ids but i did not see any for that particular device.
