dear support,
we have lansweeper premium up and running and i have encountered a new situation. After running LSControl sucessfully once and doing some remote-desktop`ing action and then closing the session. If i try to connect to the same machine a 2nd time, it will not open the viewing session.
It`ll go through every steps, including "removing old instances" an get stuck in a status of "connecting..." in the VNC Viewer status window. If i go on the machine i`m trying to reach with lscontrol and close the winvnc.exe processes(there are 2), it will allow me to connect on the next try.
How can i solve this?
