Is therea way to get the actions to prompt for authentication?

Figured out a solution.
To run actions in Lansweeper with Run As Different User download the following tool.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/cc300361.aspx
Copy the exe to the Action folder on your Lansweeper server.
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions”
Then add ShellRunAs to the action command line. Make sure that it is after the {actiopath} statement and before the action to runas.

This would work but there are two users that have access to the Lansweeper Console. Could not find any option to prompt for user name and password, just password.

You can start them with the windows "runas" command.
