I am getting duplicates of all thin clients on my network. The original asset (with MAC) is not getting updated & a new one (with no MAC) is appearing. What additional info can I provide?
Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with screenshots of the following: - Both Lansweeper webpages that exist for a single machine. - A connection test performed to the same machine using the DeviceTester.exe: http://download.lansweeper.com/tools50/DeviceTester.exe Please perform the test on your Lansweeper server, connecting to the machine, and show us the entire output.
