I also just still see web30 procedures so it's probably the same issue.
Sorry to be a pain but would you be able to give me an idea of how to manually run the script? 🙂
Thanks
Open SQL server management studio (if you don't have it it's a free download)
Connect to the server, open the script and run it.

The same thing happened to me. I ran the setup and the upgrade appeared to work. But when i open the web console it displays with all these errors like the ones above.
This is the start of it.
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.web40totaldomain'.
at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection)
at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection)
at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.ThrowExceptionAndWarning(TdsParserStateObject stateObj)
at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.Run(RunBehavior runBehavior, SqlCommand cmdHandler, SqlDataReader dataStream, BulkCopySimpleResultSet bulkCopyHandler, TdsParserStateObject stateObj)
I will upload my installer log, any help would be appreciated.
