Upgrade option greyed out.

I have lansweeper installed on windows server 2008 VM and im trying to upgrade from 4.0.0.18 to 4.0.0.24 and the option to upgrade is greyed out. I still have UAC enabled on the machine, if that matters. I have tried rt clicking the setup.exe and run as administrator.

Any advise would be appriciated.

Can you post the install.log file please.
If the setup hasn't finished yet you can find a temporary log file in %temp%
