After scaning with LsAgent History not correct

Hy,

we have activate LsAgent for scaning and now we see in the History of all Assets some strange listings.
Some Software was installed, deinstalled, installed and so on ..? The Result is that some Reports based on the scans are not correct an Deployment could be start or install Software where it was not necessary

In the Screenshot you can see what i mean.
Is this a bug or whats going on there?

Update:
Today we have the problem that some software is displayed twice even though it is installed only once.
Reports are useless and misleading

Does somebody has any idea?

It may be that AD Scanning and Agent both store their results and are therefore duplicated ?

or is it possible that lsagent scans can not be used for after scanning? our schedulers do not seem to work if active directory scanning is off
