Is there any way to let users edit Ticket's the only option I can see is to change the state.

I am trying to create a ticket type in the helpdesk that will allow staff to request new account creation by inputting various information on a form.

My problem is that 2 or more users need to be able to edit the form and also new data needs to be input after initial ticket creation.

Is there any setting to allow a user to create a ticket and then return to the form and add information as it becomes available?

The edit asset menu is only available for licensed agents. Only these will be able to change/add information to a ticket created by a user.
