I have 5 different VLANs, and deployed the main Lansweeper server, and 4 scan servers in their respective VLANs. Which means each VLAN will have a scan server. Each scan server will periodically scan devices on their VLAN.
All the devices are on the Windows platform and with the LsAgent installed.
I don't know why all the devices are pointing to the main Lansweeper server instead of their respective scan server. I even placed the individual device into a LsAgent Group Configuration and Linked it to their respective scan server. But it doesn't help and all devices still point to main Lansweeper server.
I would appreciate it if someone could guide me. Thank you
