I have an asset that is not scanning in Lansweeper (Access Denied) but I'm using the same credentials for all the assets. This is the only 1 not scanning. I performed the steps in the troubleshooting suggestions but Lansweeper does not see it.

The article below provides more guidance. If this happens on only one computer, try testing with Testconnection.exe. This will allow you to determine whether there is a credential issue with that asset. If you have any doubts, please contact Lansweeper Support.
