Barcodes for asset managment

Hello

we need to get some asset labels printed so we can start asset tagging hardware.

we would like this asset to work with a barcode scanner, to allow us to update our records.

does lansweeper work with regular barcodes, and not just QR codes?

has anyone carried out this work previously, that can advise also?

Hi,

At this moment we only offer the possibility to generate a barcode for each asset, based on the Asset ID, name or serial. You can find more about this in the KB article below.
