Hello
we changed our lansweeper server and had a link to lansweeper cloud.
We tried to remove it from every option but we can't delete the old server because the link to the cloud.
We tried to unlink it from the cloud, but it's stuck in the status "Unlinking... This may take a few moments"
The installation is removed from the cloud.
Do you have any idea how to fix it?

Has there been any update on this?
We had to upgrade to new server, but the cloud unlinking is just stuck on Unlinking... This may take a few moments. for last 4 hours.

I wrote a ticket and send them a few Screenshots they wanted.
I'm waiting for a reply since yesterday

We checked our back office tool and noticed that the installation is no longer available when we click on the installation:
So presumably the server has already been unlinked?
