Engaged Sweeper II
I've followed all the steps in the Chrome OS Scanning documents, however I'm getting a "No valid credentials found" error on the Scanning Targets page. Is there any troubleshooting steps?

I've double checked all the steps and nothing seems wrong. I don't know where it's broken at. Can Lansweeper support remote in and help me out?

You can do another test with Lansweeper\Service\Lansweeper.TestTools.App.exe

That might give you some more detailed information as to what might be wrong. You can also send the output over to support so they can take a look at it.
