Hi,
A newbie to LANSweeper. I like to know why a few routers (majority of them are OK) are not showing up in the assets. Do I need to scan them manually. If so, the option, "scanning targets", is not available. I did not need to scan the routers that are in LANSweeper.
Thank you.

First few things to check are the following:
- Check that the IP is in an IP range scanning target.
- Search in Lansweeper on IP, the asset might have been misidentified (can happen when SNMP isn't enabled for example)
- You can do a test with devicetester.exe, which can be found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions on your Lansweeper server. Perform the test from your Lansweeper server to the problem machine, submit any relevant credentials. This should provide you with some more info.
