I am thinking of switching to Lansweeper. Web Help Desk, which I am using now, has an auto quick ticket function that basically closes out tickets quickly. Does anyone one know if Lansweeper has something like that? Thanks in advance!
There are buttons in every ticket which allow you to close a ticket with one click.
If you're talking more about automatically closing tickets fast. There is a auto-close feature which can be configured to automatically close tickets for you. This option can be found on the Configuration -> E-mail Settings page under Automatic ticket closing
