I need to scan Android and iOS devices.
I scan the IP range, and it detects them,
but it only shows me: Network device.
What would I need to add to my LS to get more information,
like type, brand, model, features, etc.

Thanks

Dear,

If the device are enrolled in Intune or Airwatch you can more information from these devices. You can scan the information through the Airwatch or Azure (Intune) API.

You can find articles about that on our KB.
