I had the same issue. I requested and received the on-prem trial license. The trial was good from Nov 14, 2025 to Dec 14, 2025. I purchased an annual license for Lansweeper Starter (2000) on Dec 16, 2025 and received confirmation (525213159). I never received my license key. I created a support case (00654764) Dec 18, 2025 and haven’t heard back.
