In my site, I have a laptop listed twice. One of them is from the main scan, but it's not domain-joined, so I'm using LsPush, which created a second asset, but Lansweeper doesn't recognize it as a duplicate.
In Asset deduplication in Cloud - Lansweeper Community, it states that "Assets that share the same MAC address, model and serial number will be identified as possible duplicates". I've added the serial and model manually to the first copy (MAC was already detected), but they're still not showing as duplicates.
What do I need to do to get them merged?

Is there something I can do to make Lansweeper see them as duplicates? Or do I have to add it as an exclusion for the main scanner?

Windows renaming detection is enabled.

Hi @edbarton
Manually entered serial numbers are not taken into consideration for the asset merging. Do you have the Windows Rename Detection setting enabled?
