Hello,
For some reasean SSH failed to logon on some CISCO switches, using the test tool I have "Unknown error"
Lansweeper DeviceTester 5.2.0.2
Pinging 172.20.114.16
Ping ok.
Scanning TCP ports..
Open ports:
22 (SSH)
Scanning SSH..
SSH server: SSH-1.99-Cisco-1.25
Error: Unknown error
Trying directly with putty I can login with user/password without problem.
login as: rouser
Using keyboard-interactive authentication.
Password:
carm-as-14
carm-as-14>show ip
Internet address is 172.20.114.16/24

You should configure SNMP to discover your cisco switches.
The service tries SSH because SNMP fails to connect.
