This is very unfortunate, as we too have committed to Lansweeper's helpdesk. Is there a place to suggest/vote/encourage its addition to Cloud?
Helpdesk works really well for us, and its only real drawback is that it's accessible on-prem only. Is there a way to securely provide Internet-based access to Helpdesk? If not, what third-party applicaiton do you recommend that FULLY integrates with Lansweeper?
