Health check report of Lansweeper server and scanning servers befor running the auto-update feature

Greetings, we are going to upgrade Lansweeper from version 12.5.3 to latest version 12.6.1.3.2 by using the auto-update feature.  As this is the first time we are going to use the auto-update feature, I ask the help of the community with the following questions:

• Their experience with the auto-update feature.
• If there is a handy sql report to verify that all scanning servers are ok to run the auto update.

Right now auto-update can't be scheduled by scanning server so we are afraid of potential issue.

Dear, 

There isn't a specific report you can run to check if a server is ok to be updated. When they are on the previous version eligible for an update, you should be fine. 
The main thing you would have to be sure off, is that there is sufficient disk space because a backup will be made. But the feature will tell that, if it's not the case. 
We do recommend taking snapshots or backup in between. You never know what can go wrong.
