Engaged Sweeper

Hi, recently I have been looking at updating our email dispatching rules. I tried to create new ones but get this error now:

Error while saving:
INSERT INTO htblspecialrulesconditions (ruleid, type, condition, text) VALUES (@p1,@p2,@p3,@p4) Conversion failed when converting the nvarchar value '1,1' to data type int.

I have tried editing one of our two existing rules, however now the conditions and actions are not showing. Has there been something change on the helpdesk section of lansweeper? Luckily we are not using this to its full potential yet, so is there a way to reset all the ticket tables back to default to start again?

Many thanks,

Joel

Hello there!

This is a known issue, you can read more information about it here: https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/technical-support-solutions/error-when-creating-or-editing-ticke...

Is there any timeline as to when this issue may be fixed, or when a workaround will be provided? We have several dispatch rules we would like to change, and are unable to due to this bug.

Same here... and I see this issue is from 5th of December, so over 1 month old.

Do you have a fix or a quick workaround ?
