Engaged Sweeper II

My team is having issues when adding public notes to the helpdesk ticket. They are not sending a reply back to the user. We have checked the mail server settings and all seems in order.
Are we missing something?

You’ll be better off just posting in our regular community or even better, email support@lansweeper.com
