Slow Loading Lansweeper

when I go to my Login page of the lansweeper it takes 2 to 3 minutes before I have the login screen. Once I'm logged in the pages are running correct and fast. But how can we solve the loading of the start page?

System Down

Maybe I am missing it but this system does so much but I can't find a way for it to notify me when a system goes off line like a server or router. Is that not possible? I see where in the dashboard it shows Ping Failed for a system that is off line...
