We are testing Lansweeper Beta. When i select 'Round robin' or 'Load balancing' tickets do not auto assign. We only get a e-mail that a ticket is Unasigned.
If you haven't already, could you update to the latest beta release and see if the issue persists. If it does, could you send a description of the problem to support@lansweeper.com and include "beta" in the title of your message. We haven't announced the beta publicly yet, so we'd prefer to answer questions and troubleshoot issues via email.
