Some PC is stored in the user's home. those PC just has limited time to start up and connect to VPN, because the company’s strategy is to scan every three hours so most of them can't report to the server correctly. so I just want to know how to scan computer and send the result to the server proactively and manually? For example Active/manual use of commands or operating parameters, etc. thanks.

Or a group policy script executing an LSPush. But that is still dependant on them connecting to the VPN, where as the LSAgent with the Cloud Relay gets around that.

LSAgent with Cloud Relay is probably your best option here.
