Since we have updated to Lansweeper 8.2.210 the HP warranty scan is working with no issue on our HP computers, however the HP monitors and printers are getting these errors:

Parsing error: Cannot parse 'https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/wc/public/find?lang=us&rows%5B0%5D.item.countryCode=US&rows%5B0%5D.item.serialNumber=########

This error appears for monitors, printers and a few workstations. These are HP devices.

Hi,
I am using LS version 8.4.100.10 and I having an issue with HP warranties. The values are wrong for all assets, however, if I consult the HP website, is showing the right warranties values.
Anyone having this issue?
