Can Lansweeper Helpdesk read incoming emails and put the data in the correct fields?
This is handy as I often email tickets into the helpdesk when I'm off network and would like to tag the appropriate user, asset, etc. Also, I have some forms that feed the helpdesk that are specific to certain user groups or devices/issues and these forms generate an email to the helpdesk, but require manual editing by an agent to match the fields.
For example: [User=johndoe] [Asset=1234] [Location=Office]

This would be VERY useful. It wouldn't be difficult to implement, just define a tag like they do for username, agentname, etc and pull it from the user table.

Agreed. This would really help us out.
