We received the link to upgrade to v7.2 and chose to do so. However there is a known bug in v7.2 that we were not made aware of until AFTER the install. Now we cannot edit the subject field in an existing ticket. We need to rollback immediately as this is pertinent to our business...

Might want to check with support, but I would think it would be as easy as installing the version of 7.1 you had installed and restoring the database. I obviously don't recommend flat out following my direction on this without either talking to support, or verifying in a test environment first.

I'd be curious to hear what they say about this as I agree that the documentation it definitely lacking some points of clarity that most of their documentation usually has.

Did you make a backup? I searched the words restore Lansweeper in Google and this was the first result:

As a part of the install procedure, it had me do a backup of the database. That was the only backup in the procedures for the install...
