Its possible to install or uninstall programs with only LsAgent?

I need to know if LanSweeper's features allow software installations or uninstallations solely with the agent, without needing to activate the scanning targets. If this is possible, please confirm whether it requires administrator accounts or just the agent.

No, LsAgent does not support deployment. It's only supported from the Lansweeper server.
