Hello there.
We're using Lansweeper since several years now.
Newly we use the helpdesk which works fine except one thing.
Usually the users use the WebGUI to create their tickets.
All fine.
When users create the Tickets via Mail the support team gets the exact mail once a minute until it is deleted from the mailaccount.
I told lansweeper to ignore that mailaccount incuding its' aliases but I don't get rid of that effect.
Is there something else I can do?

Hello Hottekoch,
Setting up an ignore filter would work normally. But if you are using a mail alias, this can become tricky.
Depending on how the mail comes in, aliases are not always defined in the same way. And in some cases, we see indeed that these ignore filters can't trigger that correctly. In most cases we recommend not to use aliases for optimal results.
