LanSweeper installer download failed

I am trying to download the installer to scan my network but all of the links I can find are broken. The download button on my blank app page as well. When I first log on it takes me to the download window. I tried the button and copied the link and pasted it in my browser. Both(all) methods come back with an weird XML.

I get this issue as well. I'm on the trial version so wondering if that has something to do with it.

It happens with every method for me. Not good if a software company can't get their download working. Makes you wonder, 🤔 how good can the software be if I can't even download it.

Is this from the cloud version or on-prem? I tested from our on-prem and it's working.
