Lansweeper Version Uprade Failed

Does anyone encounter this error message below when running the lansweeper installer to upgrade the version? Need your help to solve this please

Was able to run the installer by stopping the LocalDB service and it was succesful

Also when we tried to run the Lansweeper Server under the Services.msc, it won't run now and we got this error message
