The error may be caused by one of the following:
- No Internet access.
- Internet access through a proxy server.
- TLS 1.2 not enabled.

Thanks @RobDz, the issue has been already reported and is being investigated. It does not affect the how Lansweeper operates, so you can keep using it without issues.
